Driven by the pursuit of life and persistent faith, the Huaxing Transformer Factory was founded in 1991 with only 3 employees in a workshop of merely over 10 square meters. Thus, Huaxing Special Transformer Factory was born.
After decades of arduous entrepreneurship, what started as an obscure small workshop relocated nine times. Through years of hard work, the company has now grown into a modern manufacturing enterprise with a standardized factory building of over 6,000 square meters, 75 employees, and an annual sales revenue reaching 70 million yuan.
Today, Huaxing’s products are widely applied in domestic shipbuilding, scientific research institutes, military units, new energy and other fields, and are also exported to many foreign countries and regions.

It actively gives back to society by prioritizing the employment of people with disabilities, having offered more than 100 employment opportunities for the disabled.
Employees with disabilities account for 25% of the total staff. The highest monthly average salary of disabled employees reaches 5,000 yuan, and they enjoy the same five social insurances and equal rights and interests as regular employees.
